This Wednesday Sandbox gathering we learn how to massage our bodies with massage balls. I have some different size and texture balls for us to play with. They are great at getting into tight spaces and helping shoulder pain, back ache, hip pains and neck issues. I have used for sciatica and also I have some small knobbly balls that are great on the feet!

Often times we hold emotional issues in tense muscles, so releasing the muscle can help you move forward in your life. I will have a copy of
Louise Hayes book You Can Heal Your Life handy so that you can learn what that particular body issue might have to say to you.
